Remote Support Services

The Remote Support Services presented below, provides us (BrayTek Inc.) with the capacity to view, diagnose and troubleshoot your system, without the requirement of being physically in the presence of your system. In addition, this facility can be used to install, configure and administer applications, as well as the administration and analysis of the Operating System (and the System as a whole).

The software that we use to do this (UltraVNC) requires no changes to your system, or to your internet (and network) configuration. You simply launch it by clicking on the link provided below. When prompted, you can "open" it to launch it immediately, or if you wish "save" it to your system and then launch it locally.

The entire process is under your control. It must be initiated by you, and it can be terminated by you at any time. In addition, the connection that is established between your System and our Remote Support System, is fully Encrypted to protect all information that is passed to/from your System and ours (e.g. Keyboard, Mouse, Displayed data). Once the Remote Support Session is terminated, the software automatically removes itself from your system.

NOTE: You have to contact us prior to launching the Remote Support Session, otherwise this will fail. We have to initialise our system to accept the incoming connection. If you have done so, and this is the agreed upon time, proceed by clicking on the following link:
